Up to Year 8, children sleep at the Centre during the week and return to their families for weekends and school holidays.
DORMITORIES
The bedrooms are located in a building on the opposite side of the Centre from the classrooms. Children share rooms of 4 to 6. The boys' and girls' sections are separated by the night supervisors' room, and the youngest children's rooms are situated close to it.
BATHROOMS & HYGIENE
Children shower every morning and every evening after dinner, followed by tooth brushing.
Every Friday morning, the girls take time to style their hair after oiling it — the older girls helping the younger ones.
CLOTHING ROOM
This is where the children's clothes are stored and managed. Stock is replenished through donations from visitors and volunteers who bring items from France.
When children receive birthday money from their sponsors, a member of the Malagasy team accompanies them to the market so they can choose and buy clothes of their own.
